Provide comprehensive banking & cash management services & rfi for merchant card processing; be "well capitalized" as defined by the federal deposit insurance corporation (fdic); establish demand deposit accounts to meet the banking requirements of the city and maintain accurate records of activity in those accounts,; offer zba services; offer commercial, analyzed, ecr, interest bearing and hybrid accounts; comply with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding the provision of the proposed services, and provide a primary relationship contact and dedicated customer support. Provide comprehensive banking services for the EDA.

Volusia County

Provide full-service banking relationship encompassing multiple specialized accounts including a pooled cash account for daily balance concentration, zero-balance accounts for accounts payable and payroll with positive-pay protection, utility payment processing accounts, corrections inmate funds management, and operational accounts for facilities like the corrections. Additionally, the rfp includes separate banking services for the tax collector, supervisor of elections, and property appraiser, along with various other specialized accounts for specific county functions.
