Description: Sweetwater Authority is seeking proposals from professional environmental firms to complete its Natural Community Conservation Plan / Habitat Conservation Plan (NCCP/HCP) and support related permitting. The selected consultant will prepare CEQA and NEPA documentation, technical appendices, and engagement activities involving the public, stakeholders, Tribal governments, and the scientific community.
