Complete Demolition and Removal of an Existing 20x90 Ft Structure Currently Housing Restrooms

Project involves the complete demolition and removal of an existing 20x90' structure currently housing restrooms, office space, a weight room, and a concession stand. Following demolition, a new 40x90 FT facility will be constructed to include updated men’s and women’s restrooms, a concession stand, a lobby area, offices, and a modern weight room located on the second floor. All work must comply with applicable building codes and safety regulations, with careful coordination to minimize disruption to school operations. Demolition and removal: Complete demolition and removal of the existing 20'x90' structure, which includes: restrooms, office space, weight room, concession stand. All connected utility lines to be safely capped and/or re-routed. New construction: New building dimensions: 40'x90'. Key features include: First floor: Men's and women's restrooms (ADA compliant), full concession stand, lobby/reception area, office Spaces (as specified). Second floor: Modern weight room with proper structural support. Utilities & finishes: electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installation per code, framing, drywall, and painting, flooring and interior finishes, exterior finishes, roofing, and entryways, site cleanup and final inspection.
