Description: The contractor shall provide the following: Provide Unlimited 7x24x365 Technical Telephone Support. Perform Remote Diagnostics. Perform On Site Maintenance if Required. Cover All Labor, Parts and Materials needed to Repair or Replace. All equipment must be new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), no refurbished, remanufactured or counterfeit parts will be accepted nor will they be installed on the Air Force Network (AFNET). See attached file.
