Communications Management System RFP

Description: Appalachian State University is seeking a university-wide, multi-channel communications management system supporting email, SMS, optional digital signage, unlimited users and subaccounts, role-based access, and integrations with Banner and potentially Bravura. The system must support approximately 25,000 internal contacts and 225,000 external contacts, comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, provide analytics and accessibility features, and meet the university’s security and acquisition standards. The initial contract term is three years with three optional one-year renewals, and proposals will be evaluated based on vendor qualifications, experience, response time, and pricing.
