The installation is a non-interactive architectural fountain featuring arching/vertical nozzles, lighting, perimeter weir overflow, vfd-controlled pumps,automated plc/dmx control systems, filtration, uv and supporting mep infrastructure in accordance with 100% construction documents division 13 10 00water features.

Seeks a qualified contractor to provide community-based forestry services including tree planting, pruning, maintenance, invasive plant control, volunteer engagement, and public education services citywide. The selected contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, outreach, and related services necessary to plant and maintain approx. 6,000 trees; prune 5,000 young trees; coordinate volunteer invasive plant removal projects; and deliver community education and workforce development programming including tree walks, pruning classes, volunteer certification courses, speaker events, school outreach, and youth employment opportunities. Services shall support the city's urban forest goals through best management practices, community stewardship, environmental education, and coordination with city staff, community stakeholders, and residents.
Services shall include, but are not limited to, the following as needed and requested: 1. Preparation and delivery of food items and beverages: (a) at various times, to include breakfast, lunch, afternoon, dinner, and evening; (b) in a variety of service styles, to include breakfast meetings, lunch meetings, board meetings, evening meetings, seated dinners, seated buffets, cocktail buffets, and hors d’oeuvre receptions; (c) for approximately 10 to 65 guests, depending on the event; and (d) with a variety of food options including breakfast trays, box lunches, international,
vegetarian, gluten-free, and peanut-free; 2. Set-up, serving food and beverages, and clean-up; 3. Rental of related equipment as applicable; and 4. Menu consultation and planning.
