Charter Township of Commerce
The 2026 Base Bid portion of this project will involve the removal and replacement of approximately 21,000 square feet of 4” and 6” concrete sidewalks along public township streets, including 120 root grindings, 460 horizontal saw cuts of joints, 2 ADA ramps with detectable warning surfaces, and restoration. There is also a 2-year option at the Township’s sole discretion (for years 2027 & 2028) with overall quantities similar to the 2026 Base Bid.

Approx. 2000 SF of 4" sidewalk, 2000 SF of 6" sidewalk, 1000 SY of pavement removal, with 500 SY of 8" concrete pavement, and 500 SY of 9" concrete pavement, aggregate base and other related work.

Town of Garner
Sidewalk cutting project includes concrete cutting, trip hazard removal, maintenance, repair, and all other associated services. Repair all sidewalk trip hazards from 1/4" to 2.5" in height. Hazards will be completely removed using horizontal cutting from one end of the raised sidewalk joint to the other, where applicable (edge-to-edge), including flush to an abutting obstacle such as a retaining wall leaving a zero point of differential between and without causing damage to adjacent sidewalks panels.
