Description: Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) seeks a prototype to modernize maintenance management at Navy Defense Fuel Support Points by capturing maintenance actions from start to finish, automatically triggering required follow-on actions, and notifying responsible operators. The solution should produce verifiable records of maintenance and inspections and improve enterprise-wide visibility into the condition and maintenance status of critical fuel assets. The prototype will initially be validated at one or more operational sites, prioritizing deepwater terminals, and must be scalable across the enterprise of 53 Defense Fuel Support Points.
