Comfort Stations at Rosary State Park *Re-Bid*

Description: Project consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc. Necessary to renovate two (2) day-use comfort stations. Remove and properly dispose of existing metal roofing (approx 1,100 SF), felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge and all associated appurtenances down to bare roof purlins. Fully remove four (4) skylight domes and completely close the openings to create a flush slope that matches the surrounding roof sheathing. Install four (4) new solar tubes, two (2) over each bathroom. Provide and install metal roof, felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge, etc. To roof of approx 1,100 SF. Remove and replace all wood fascia, approx 50 LF. See attached files.
