College Renaming & Rebranding: Creative, Planning, and Implementation Service (RFP #206389)

Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is seeking a qualified firm or consultant team to conduct a research-driven, inclusive renaming and rebranding process, including stakeholder engagement, name recommendation, brand identity development, and rollout/change-management support. The work includes research, focus groups, messaging and visual identity development, a brand guide, and a social media plan to support implementation across the College’s service area.
