The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, issued a presolicitation for a design-build contract to design and construct a new ~72,000 GSF Component Rebuild Shop at Letterkenny Army Depot. The project includes demolition of an existing building, vehicle repair bays, offices, and extensive site work within a construction cost limitation of $78,000,000. The procurement will follow a Two-Phase Design-Build to Budget approach with a Phase One RFQ anticipated on or about March 2, 2026.
