ITB-25-017-DF-0-2026/DF - Cohesity Maintenance

Description: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract, at firm unit prices, for the comprehensive maintenance of Cohesity licenses at County Public Schools. Cohesity Enterprise is used to back up and restore the systems and data within the ITS/SBAB computer environments. These systems include virtual machines, physical servers, and file system stores which house mission-critical applications including but not limited to SAP, Budget and Gradebook. The backups use an on-site Cohesity appliance for local backups and Cohesity’s cloud solution for off-site backup storage. The resulting contract shall also provide M-DCPS with the ability to accommodate future growth and evolving technology requirements during the term of the contract. This may include, but is not limited to, additional Cohesity licenses, capacity, appliances, cloud storage, maintenance, support, upgrades, and other related Cohesity products or services that may be required to support expansion of the District’s backup and recovery environment.
