Coeur d'Alene Trust 2027 Remedial Action Construction Projects (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Coordinate the investigation, design, and implementation of remedies for environmental impacts associated with former mines, mills, and tailings piles in the Coeur d'Alene River Basin. The Trust is soliciting qualifications from construction contractors to perform the Standard-Mammoth Reach Remedial Action Construction Project, the Frisco Black Bear Reach Remedial Action Construction Project, and the Canyon Creek Garbage Dump Remedial Action Construction Project in the Canyon Creek Basin within the Upper Basin of the Bunker Hill Mining and Metallurgical Complex Superfund Site. One or multiple contractors could be selected to perform the projects. The type of work includes items such as excavating and hauling mine waste materials, regrading and consolidating mine waste, stream diversion, construction dewatering, stream reconstruction, Redi-Rock retaining wall installation, liner installation, storm water construction, coordinating with utility companies, working in steep terrain, completing revegetation, etc. The project work includes items such as excavating and hauling mine waste materials, regrading and consolidating mine waste, stream diversion, construction dewatering, stream reconstruction, Redi-Rock retaining wall installation, liner installation, storm water construction, coordinating with utility companies, working in steep terrain, completing revegetation, etc. Further description of work associated with each project is included in Section 4.0 of the attached document.
