General Construction, Plumbing Construction and Electrical Construction Contracts. This project is a comprehensive renovation of the last remaining part related to the recreation area, covering the playground, splash pad and water features. Minor renovations to the athletic support building, with various site improvements such as fencing, walkways, concrete and asphalt pads, retaining walls and added lighting, and security features. The playground is expanded and resurfaced with poured-in-place rubber, bounded by a new perimeter curb and a new aluminum fence matching the existing, small areas these salvaged fences are reused. Site paving includes new concrete walkways, an asphalt replacement, and a new driveway seal at perimeter edge and a 20x34 pavilion building. The splash pad and water features are fully rebuilt: a new 6" custom-colored concrete splash pad, updated controls with watertight tie-ins, two new water features, and modified supply lines and junction boxes. The existing CMU support/building receives new door and openings reconfigurations to accommodate, a relocated overhead door, a gas-strut concession window, 2 new ADA restrooms restroom. New site amenities include a 34'×20' pavilion with integral lighting, an emergency generator, benches, tables, trash cans, and a shadow-box fence.
