Description: For the purchase of and installation of a CCTV System. Safety and Security: The system must enhance the safety and security of all personnel and assets within the NAVSEA HQ buildings. Deterrence: The visible presence of cameras should act as a deterrent to unauthorized or criminal activity. Situational Awareness & Investigation: The system must provide high-resolution live video and recorded images suitable for real-time monitoring and forensic investigation, including the ability for individual facial recognition and vehicle identification. System Integration: The Bosch BVMS must fully integrate with the existing Lenel OnGuard Access Entry Control System and the Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) system. This integration shall provide real-time video callouts on a common operating picture (map) in the Alarm Control Center (ACC) when an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) alarm or forced entry event is triggered. System Redundancy: The server architecture must be fully redundant, with a primary and backup server configured for automatic failover to ensure continuous operation.
