Clinchfield Collection System Rehabilitation/Replacement – Contract 2 – Pump Station (SRP-WARP-0156-2)

Replace existing sewerage pumps that will restore the pump station to its original 450 gpm at a minimally increased total dynamic head (cause by higher friction within the older forcemain); install new submersible pumps in the pump station equalization tank and controls to pump wastewater back from the ps equalization basin to the wet well. 1 LS mobilization; 2 EA install fairbanks 4" 5444 or approved equivalent sewage pump; 2 EA install 75hp 3-phase 480v motor; 10 LF 4" ductile iron sewage pipe & connections; 10 LF 6" ductile iron sewage pipe & connections; 2 EA 4" check valve; 5,000 sf pump room painting and surface restoration; 2 EA install hydromatic 1.25" hpg-200 grinder pump; 1 LS transfer piping and fittings; 1 LS electrical equipment and hardware; 1 LS mechanical heating and cool equipment and hardware.
