Tract 340 - remove 2,550 SF frame house with 330 SF concrete porch, remove 943 SF dwelling with attached garage, remove 2,344 SF concrete patio.

Demolition and lot clearing for property. House, including foundation and basement, must be cleared and removed from property. Any walks or external concrete must be removed. Outbuildings and all vegetation and trees are to be removed, excepting the pine tree on the NE corner of property, and the well on the north side. Lot shall be backfilled and leveled off with clean black dirt. Area to be seeded with grass seed at an appropriate time.
