Description: Provide grass cutting service, lawn cutting not to exceed 20 cuts per each fiscal year, grass cutting: (15 cuts in growing season), during spring and summer season cuttings 2-3 times per month may be required, weed eating shrub bed areas down to ground, and clean cut around shrubs, not to damage shrubs. Remove all cuttings, trim & spray around and below all fences, porches, and buildings, edge grass line along the sidewalks, walkways, curbs, and parking lot, remove grass/weeds out of sidewalks, walkways, curbing. Maintain clean appearance, remove grass/weeds out of pavement/concrete growing inside the perimeter area of parking lot. See attached file.
