Classroom Sound Enhancement with Safety and Intercom System at Colt Andrews Elementary (Request for Proposals)

Description: The district currently requires replacement of existing paging, intercom, classroom audio, bell, and emergency communication systems at selected schools. Existing equipment may include legacy analog paging systems, classroom audio systems, administrative consoles, speakers, cabling, amplifiers, or related components. The Vendor shall furnish and install a complete operational IP-based solution, whether implemented as one platform or as interoperable subsystems, capable of supporting school communication, paging, intercom, classroom audio, emergency notification, managed-device visual notification, mobile-app operation, and bell scheduling functions. Door monitoring and physical digital signage shall be proposed as separately priced optional add alternates. The system shall include all equipment, software, licensing, firmware, programming, mounting hardware, system cabling, connectors, interfaces, labels, documentation, testing, training, and miscellaneous materials required for a complete and operational installation, except for infrastructure specifically identified as District-provided.
