Claiborne Pell Manor Roof Replacement

A.Removing and disposing of existing Asphalt shingle roofing system and all associated underlayments as required up to existing roof framing as occurs and replacing with new Asphalt shingle roofing system and all associated underlayments for the scope of work identified as Roof Replacement at Claiborne Pell Manor at the Housing Authority. The general scope of work shall include the selective demolition, and removal of the existing roof systems, and underlayments, and replacing at same locations with new roof system and underlayments as shown on drawings and specified. Replace in-kind existing mechanical exhaust fans, meeting all code requirements. This work may require the partial replacement of the existing aluminum gutter system.
