Description: The requirement includes installation of underground fuel-transfer conduits, electrical conduit routes, communications conduit routes, pull boxes, grounding points, concrete-encased roadway crossings, open-cut trenching, backfill, compaction, stone-road restoration, testing, quality control, submittals, and closeout documentation, The estimated quantities include approx 9,900 LF of open-cut trenching; 5,000 LF of electrical utility routes, 200 LF of concrete-encased electrical utility routes, Thirty-six 24-inch concrete electrical pull boxes; 4,900 LF of communications utility, routes; 180 LF of concrete-encased communications utility routes; Forty-two 30-inch polymer-concrete communications pull boxes; 500 LF of grounding rods; 60 LF of dual-wall fuel line; and Four fuel-line termination points.
