Description: The Ohio Army National Guard is issuing this solicitation to construct the CJAG Load Line 6 Electrical System at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Training Center in Ravenna, Ohio, to provide essential electrical service for military training and operations. Work includes installing approximately 1,400 linear feet of underground medium-voltage electrical service terminating at a new pad-mounted transformer, along with utility coordination, route surveying, trenching, conduit and cable installation, transformer installation, grounding, testing, energization, restoration, and quality control. The opportunity is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 237130, PSC Y1PZ), with performance beginning 10 calendar days after receipt of order and completion required before December 1, 2026.
