City of Youngstown, Ohio - Webb Road Booster Station Improvements

Description: Work includes site preparation, civil utility work, specialized water infrastructure installation, structural foundations, and electrical systems upgrade. Key items include the removal of existing utility lines (including 271 LF of 24" pipe, 100 LF of 48" pipe, and 40 LF of 42" pipe) along with associated valves and concrete pads; site earthwork and erosion control featuring 945 LF of temporary construction fencing, 585 LF of silt fence, 658 SY of seeding and mulching, and site layout surveying; utility trenching and electrical work including 1,800 LF of 400 kcmil Copper Wire, 150 LF of 2" and 4" conduit, concrete encasement, pullboxes, two 350 Amp active harmonic filters, and SCADA integration ($15,000 allowance); installation of water infrastructure comprising 219 LF of 48" DI Water Pipe, 193 LF of 30" DI Water Pipe and Fittings (Pressure Class 350 with Compacted Backfill), 45 LF of 24" DI Water Pipe, 40 LF of 42" PCCP Water Pipe, large-diameter gate valves in precast vaults (48" and 42"), linestops (up to 48"), connections to existing PCCP and DIP lines, process piping, valves, and a 30" magnetic flow meter; and the installation of a packaged factory-built booster station along with its structural building foundation, existing pump floor opening improvements, and 95 CY of permanent asphalt pavement replacement.
