CITY OF TUKWILA REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Norfolk Outfall Trunkline Sewer Separation Feasibility Study

Description: The City of Tukwila Public Works Department seeks qualifications from professional-services consulting firms for engineering and design support for the Norfolk Outfall Trunkline Sewer Separation Project. The work will inventory the stormwater trunkline along East Marginal Way S and S. Norfolk Street, investigate connections to King County's Norfolk/Henderson CSO pipeline, and produce a preliminary feasibility study and risk analysis. The selected consultant will develop mapping, hydraulic and hydrologic data, stakeholder outreach, a design report, up to three conceptual alternatives and cost estimates, and tools or additional infrastructure recommendations addressing CERCLA risk.
