CITY OF ROSEVILLE – MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS CENTER (MOC) & LICENSE, PASSPORT AND DANCE STUDIO (LPDS)

Description: The notice seeks to evaluate and prequalify subcontractors and trade workers for the City of Roseville's Maintenance and Operations Center (MOC) and License, Passport and Dance Studio (LPDS) project. The project includes a new 13,500-square-foot LPDS, 132,000 square feet of additions and remodels to the public works MOC, and park improvements, with estimated construction costs of approximately $11,000,000 for LPDS and $57,000,000 for MOC. Successful responders will be eligible to submit competitive proposals and enter into a contract with Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, the CM@R; RFQ responses are due no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2026, by 5:00 PM CST.
