City of Parker - 2025 Roadway Resurfacing Projects RFP

Description: This project consists of roadway removal and reconstruction, roadway resurfacing, minor sewer improvements, minor drainage improvements, and/or minor restoration improvements. Saw cut and removal of approx. 2,381 SY of existing asphalt roadway and base/subbase to 20" deep. Reconstruction of roadway with 2,381 SY of 12" Type B Stabilization Subgrade, 8" limerock base, 2" superpave asphaltic concrete (331 tons) and prime coat. Removal and replacement of 3 manhole rims and 3 valve boxes. Relocation of 8 existing mailboxes. Installation of thermoplastic markings. Installation of 165 LF of FDOT Aluminum Guard Rails.
