Description: Project No. 2242447.01 ** UPDATE: Addendum 5 - Change in Bid Date to November 10, 2026 2:00pm ** UPDATE: Addendum 3 - Change in Bid Date to October 27, 2026 2:00pm ** UPDATE: Addendum 2 - Change in Bid Date to October 6, 2026 2:00pm Sealed Bids for the construction of the site improvements will be received by the City of North Tonawanda Clerk�s Office, 216 Payne Ave #3, North Tonawanda, NY 14120 until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the construction of various streetscape improvements along Oliver Street, from Sweeney Street to Thompson Street. Improvements include: (as noted in the Bidding Documents dated August 2026) - Sidewalk replacement - Roadway milling and resurfacing - Pavement restoration and striping - Drainage improvements - Decorative concrete - Lighting - Landscaping Bids will be received for the entire contract only. As indicated in the Bid Form, the Base Bid and Deduct Alternate Bid Items shall be on a stipulated sum basis. All bids shall be made on the form furnished by the Issuing Office.
