COF1517023 - Sessoms Street Drainage Improvements RFP

Description: Work: clearing and grubbing of approximately 1.50 acres. Removal of storm drain systems (pipes and structures) under both pavement and natural ground. Installation of storm drain system (pipes and structures) along buxton boulevard, sessoms street, wright street, montgomery street and within storm drainage easement west of sessoms street. Project also includes replacement of existing 8 water main located on buxton boulevard, removal of abandoned asbestos cement water main, and sections of water main vertical relocations and water service reconnections. Also included, removal and replacement of gravity sanitary sewer and sewer manholes and sewer lateral reconnections. Removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, curbing, driveways, signage, and landscaping. Right-of-way and private property restoration as necessary during and after construction.
