Provide construction of a new 3,500 SF PFAS treatment building. The new building is a free-standing steel prefabricated building that will be used to treat PFAS, set 150 from the existing building. Installation of three (3) trains of two (2) 12' dia activated carbon filter vessels are to be pre-purchased and supplied by the Owner. All other process equipment, including controls, will be provided and installed by the Contractor, as well as building construction, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
