Provide engineering services to the city. Such services are anticipated to include, but may not necessarily be limited to: review of roadway pavement widths and cross sections; review of points of ingress and egress; review of grades to the extent possible absent centerline survey; review of points of possible site distance restrictions; speed study at two locations to determine 85th percentile speed; report with executive summary stating recommendations.
