The work includes inspection of the existing facility, site surveys and evaluation of alternate sites, cost/benefit analysis comparing modernization versus new construction, and assessment of electrical infrastructure and other practical constraints. Deliverables include a technical memo, a final report with findings and recommendations, and presentations to the Wausau Transit Commission and City Council.
