Circuit Rider (Request for Proposal)

Description: 1. Shall directly implement and manage the program to assist small public water systems, to consistently provide safe and clean drinking water for their customers 2. Shall maintain a hotline (or similar vehicle) where operators or managers of these relevant systems may telephone or email requests for immediate assistance and can expect a timely response from a knowledgeable and experienced water industry professional. 3. Shall directly assist each SPWS in creating an action plan 4. Shall involve SDWB in the approval and verification that these action plans are compliant and acceptable to SDWB set standards.
