CIP25-025 — Public Works Operation Center Decant Facility Expansion

Description: The Town seeks sealed bids for expansion of its existing decant facility at the Public Works Operation Center. The work includes subgrade preparation, cast-in-place concrete, drilled pier foundations, structural steel erection, metal roofing, and minor electrical work. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System by the deadline and accompanied by a bid bond of at least five percent of the bid.
