CIO Microsoft Sentinel Implementation FY26

Description: MICC-CARLISLE BARRACKS is soliciting specialized commercial professional services to design, implement, and operationalize the Microsoft Sentinel platform for the U.S. Army War College’s Microsoft 365 A5 security environment. The contractor must implement a platform compliant with NIST SP 800-53 and OMB M-21-31 logging requirements and onboard approximately 350 endpoints and specified Microsoft 365 data sources with at least a 98% ingestion success rate. The work also includes comprehensive training and as-built documentation to enable government self-sufficiency.
