CHURCH POINT DETENTION AND FLOOD PROOFING PHASE 2 FOR THE LOUISIANA WATERSHED INITIATIVE

Description: The Town of Church Point is soliciting an Invitation for Bid for a design-build detention pond project under the Louisiana Watershed Initiative. Work includes approximately 16,500 cubic yards of excavation, 7,600 cubic yards of embankment, drainage intake and outfall control structures, an aggregate access drive, and related civil work. Bid submissions require a 5% bid bond, with the successful bidder required to provide 100% performance and payment bonds; bidders need an active UEI from SAM.gov, and eligible minority-owned, small-business, and Section 3 firms are encouraged to participate.
