Chiller Replacement at Alumni Hall GSC

Gordon State College is requesting bids for replacement of the air-cooled chiller at Alumni Hall, including demolition of the existing unit, installation of a new air-cooled chiller, BMS integration, electrical work, protection of existing structures, and provision of temporary rental cooling during installation. The solicitation is issued under the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia with NBP Engineers, Inc. as the design professional; bidders must meet experience, licensing, and staffing requirements.
