Chiller and Air Handler Coil Replacement

Replacement of an Operating Room Air Handler Unit (AHU). The work includes the replacement of air handling units AHU-B3 and AHU-C3, which serve the Operating Rooms on the 2nd floor of the Hospital. The scope also includes the ancillary electrical, structural and architectural work.

Albany State University

Replace the existing air handlers and terminal units serving the library. Upgrade existing BMS to support air handler upgrades and new sequence of operations. Remove existing abandoned liquid cooled chiller, cooling tower and associated pumps. Installation of new building chilled water pumps to circulate chilled water from central energy plant to the building. Perform electrical and plumbing work in support of demolition of existing HVAC and installation of new HVAC systems. Protect existing floors, finishes and building during the HVAC upgrades.

Township of Woodbridge

Removal and replacement of existing ice chiller equipment utilized in the preparation of ice skating rink surface ice. Removal and replacement of ice melting coil in the snow melting pit. Removal and replacement of ice melting coil in the snow melting pit. Installation of new heating and ventilation equipment to provide proper ventilation of the ice equipment room.
