Chatham Carwash - Grand Express RFP

Description: Work includes approx 4,600 SF on a 1.94 acre site and houses four in-bay automatic wash bays, two manual bays, and an equipment room. It is a load-bearing 8" reinforced CMU structure with an 8" precast hollow core plank roof and a steel-framed EIFS canopy, finished in Quik-Brik and Chatham Stone veneer with EIFS accents and a 45 mil TPO roof. Scope includes complete sitework: mass earthwork, storm to detention basin, sanitary, a 4" water service, gas, asphalt and concrete paving, curbs, walks, and landscaping. The car wash process equipment is furnished by the owner's equipment supplier.
