Charter Bus Services RFP

Description: Phoenix Union High School District No. 210, acting as the lead district in the SAVE cooperative, seeks one or more vendors to provide charter bus services for athletic events, extracurricular activities, and club-sponsored field trips, including travel in the Phoenix metropolitan area and in or out of state. Vendors must provide compliant, maintained buses in specified passenger capacities, qualified drivers, and required safety and accessibility features. The resulting contract is intended for interested SAVE members, with an initial term of July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028 and up to four one-year extensions; proposals are due November 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Phoenix time.
