CGC BEAR FUEL TANK CLEANING
The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations from small businesses for fuel-oil tank cleaning and inspection aboard USCGC BEAR (WMEC-901) in Portsmouth, Virginia. The work is scheduled for September 21–24, 2026, may not exceed four days, and requires fuel removal, cleaning, inspection, documentation, waste disposal, and related testing under the attached statement of work.
