Description: The 354th Contracting Squadron at Eielson Air Force Base is conducting sources-sought market research for on-call emergency and scheduled maintenance and repair of six coal-fired, high-pressure boilers and associated support systems at the Central Heat and Power Plant. Contractors must provide qualified technicians on-site within 24 hours and perform specialized boiler and high-pressure piping repairs using their own tools and equipment. Responses will inform market-capability assessment, potential small-business set-asides, and procurement strategy; this is not a formal RFP, IFB, or RFQ.
