Hydraulic analysis of the Morgan Creek Bypass channel; evaluation of erosion on the channel slopes. Prepare a recommendation, with estimate of cost, to stabilize the channel slope; evaluation of deposition in the channel and recommendation for improvements; develop plans and specifications for channel stabilization and dredging. Morgan creek bypass channel is located along the south side of the Mason Farm WWTP and allows a portion of stormwater flow in Morgan Creek to flow on the south side of the plant. The manmade channel has some slopes armored with rip rap, but others are not armored. During tropical storm Chantal in July 2025, high flows and flooding occurred in the Morgan Creek drainage basin. Portions of the Bypass channel slopes experienced erosion and deposition occurred in the eastern end of the channel near where it rejoins Morgan Creek.
