Description: The City of Royal Oak is seeking developer interest in its approximately 1.4-acre, city-owned 300 S. Center Street site, which currently contains the 3rd Street Parking Garage. The project envisions signature mixed-use development with active ground-floor uses, meaningful residential density, public parking, a publicly accessible gathering space, and restoration of the pedestrian connection to Washington Avenue.
