Center Green Fountain Updates RFP

Description: Work includes replacing an existing fountain, fountain filter, pump system and electrical equipment currently housed within an underground vault. Due to concerns regarding regular accessibility, moisture intrusion, and long-term maintenance, the control and electrical system is proposed to be relocated to an above-ground enclosure designed to be both functional and aesthetically compatible with the surrounding landscape. The new pump system will remain located within the underground vault to minimize noise. The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications, as well as site improvements to support the new installation.
