Description: Provide community-based public services that address identified needs and improve the quality of life for residents;crime prevention reduction/public safety - neighborhood and community-based activities that promote safety and reduce crime, including violence prevention, neighborhood watch, crime reduction counseling/referrals, human trafficking prevention/support, and grief support. ; drug abuse prevention or treatment - prevention education, counseling, treatment referrals, recovery support, peer services, case management, and community outreach; education academic support, literacy, leadership development, ged/basic education, educational enrichment, and basic job-training skills.
