CDBG and CHIP GRANT WRITING/ADMINISTRATIVE and RELATED GRANT SERVICES STATE AND FEDERAL PROJECTS

Description: Bryan County seeks statements of qualifications and proposals from consultants to provide grant-writing and administrative support for FY2027–FY2028 CDBG and/or HOME/CHIP projects. Potential work includes new housing construction and rehabilitation in the Groover Hill Community Target Area, as well as possible wastewater-line installation tied to housing rehabilitation. Services may cover grant applications, environmental reviews, financial administration and recordkeeping, public hearings, procurement, labor and fair-housing compliance, and project closeout.
