Description: Work include Re-caulk windows and door perimeter joints; Re-caulk wall penetrations, expansion and construction joints; Re-caulk sunscreen panels, building connections and expansionjoints; Re-seal floor and ceiling penetrations and joints; Remove stucco and replace as necessary; Surface preparation and Re-caulk to locations indicated on plans or called for herein.
