Cathedral Oaks Crib Wall Repair Project - Phase I RFP

Description: The City of Goleta is soliciting a construction bid—not a grant—for permanent repairs to the Cathedral Oaks crib wall and associated slopes, road, shoulder, and bikeway. The project addresses structural and backfill damage caused by severe storm-water erosion, including sinkholes, surface erosion, and loss of material through the wall face. The repairs are intended to protect the adjacent Cathedral Oaks Road and bikeway and restore damaged wall, shoulder, road, and bikeway sections.
