Castle Creek Bridge Repair

Description: This contract is for urgently needed repairs to address scouring of the stream channel that is compromising the Creek bridge’s abutments and overall safety. The scope of this project entails providing requested specification of rip rap class rock to stabilize the scour and fill in the scar. The contractor will be responsible for working in a stream and simultaneously under a bridge while complying with all requirements to do so. Excavation and stabilization of the embankment will take place and remaining structures of grouted rip rap will need to be preserved. The end result will be to reduce the scour and to protect the abutments from continued scour.
