Carlisle Town Hall Restroom Renovation

Scope consists of Remove bottom 4 feet of wallboard and tile. Replace with mildew resistant wallboard, tape and blend to upper portion of wall and finish all walls and ceiling with paint; Replace flooring, repair sub-floor where necessary; Install wood baseboard, paint & caulk; Replace 3 of 4 toilets with American Standard Champion Pro ADA 1.28 GPF/ Including supply lines to tanks; Replace sinks and their surroundings and replace with like counter tops; Replace light fixtures above the mirrors (provide picture samples of lighting fixtures to Facilities Director); Remove current trash/paper towel receptacles/dispensers and discard. Facilities will install new dispensers.
